"Urgent care centre."

Absolutely needs attention and better management. Attended with my son for a 9pm appointment. Seen at 10pm (doctor very nice, no complaints. He was very good at his job and friendly/approachable) The place was extremely hot, and when people are attending with high temps it makes the problem worse. Very stuffy. Germs will spread far quicker in a room that is really hot. People stood about everywhere as not enough seats. Receptionist miserable and rude, and when we are already stressed out a cheery face sometimes makes it a little better. Full of people who clearly could have used at home self care. Time wasters that should be turned away and kept for people who genuinely need the service.
