"Oakham walk in centre"

I visited Oakham walk-in with my daughter after she sustained a hand injury from school. We visited on Sunday morning as injury got worse.over the weekend When we arrived at reception the receptionist wasn’t rude but wasn’t really bothered to hear what was up with my daughter just told to go visited Corby centre instead. The receptionist hadn’t looked at my daughter or her hand as she was not really bothered. There was no one else in waiting room and as they have X-ray facilities couldn’t understand why they didn’t even see her . Is there any reason to have this service when they are going to send you straight to Corby or leic - pointless service (Corby staff extremely helpful and were pleasant.and advised us at every stage what was happening when they took xrays Oakham could learn a lot from Corby!
