Visited yesterday morning re an abscess on my leg that didn't seem to be healing.

I was sent for triage within 5 minutes and saw the clinician probably about 10 minutes after that. I was worried but he was really reassuring and friendly. A nurse was called in to re dress the wound who was really gentle with it then they took a detailed history, gave me some antibiotics and clear advice on how to look after it. He also told me in what situations I may need further treatment and they took my pulse ect again, so I felt like they were being really thorough.

My wound is now starting to heal quite well already.
