"Very caring and compassionate A and E visit"

About: Kettering General Hospital / Accident and emergency

Went to A and E Department on Friday 13 September with a lot of pain and concern about my health. Seen with care and compassion even thought there were huge numbers of people waiting to be seen. Given pain relief straightaway to help with the intense pain. Seen by Doctor in a very professional manner and with concern. Had numbers of investigations making sure that a diagnosis was based on all this evidence. During my time in A and E the staff have to deal with lots of walk in patients - some not realising the amount of work that needs to be done with each patient and voiced their opinions but the staff carried on in a hospital that deserves praise for the high standards they work under.

A big thankyou to all the staff that I encountered in my visit to A and E
