Had to take my wife to A&E on two days running. This was due to her being in the middle of cancer treatment on chemo, and her temperature rising whilst we were close by on a holiday break.
From the receptionist to the consultant, everybody was so so professional and kept a smiling face whilst it seemed mayhem around them.
