My doctor referred me to the Dermatology department at Bunny Hill and I received a letter asking me to book an appointment either by phone or online. I have tried the convoluted website and not up to standard. I had to telephone instead!!
The feedback is only if you have visited not if you have telephoned or tried to book an appointment.
Remember it is the 21st century
