"Respiratory ward 5"

Lack of continuity with consultants, leads to a different opinion and treatment technique each week. Disrespectful staff who do not communicate and things just do not efficiently get done. Physio department are very inconsistent, appearing one day and not the next. Pushy discharge team who clearly discharge patients too early with not the correct care in place and then see the patient being readmitted within a few days. Disgraceful and a shocking service, very poor staff and department. Communication is key and there is a lack of it within ward 5, lots of lessons to be learnt here.
