"Shocking"

Bunnyhill/deerness park Given this surgery is already failing you can never get through on the phone and when you do, you get treat like muck by the receptionists being told you will have to just do without medication by the receptionist which was ordered 4 days ago! I will be taking this further, there is no care or concern within this practice towards the patients what so ever, I am now looking to move surgery myself and my father been with this practice since day one and never ever imagined it could get this bad!
