"Explained things every step of the way"

About: Western General Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a relative),

I was accompanying my husband to an out-patient appointment for assessment of a shoulder injury.

We were welcomed by specialist physio Susan, who was warm, patient and kind. She was very thorough and explained things every step of the way - what she was doing and why. She was very respectful and genuine and absolutely instilled confidence in us.

Thank you Susan, you’re a credit to your profession and to NHS Lothian.
