I recently spoke to Tom at DART over in Newton Abbot, who helped me to arrange an orthopaedic appointment. I would just like to say how lovely it was to speak to him - he was so understanding and efficient, and had a lovely persona. I really felt like he listened to me and gave me the time that I needed.
