Cherry Ward has a good team. Thank you to the laundry and domestic staff.

Sometimes I feel a little rushed. Please don't rush us when walking. I think the patient's kitchen is a little small when making drinks to avoid getting a scald.

Many thanks for your positive comments about the Cherry ward team, laundry and domestic staff. I will ensure this is passed on to all involved.

I am sorry to hear you feel rushed at times especially whilst walking, I will discuss with the team during our next ward meeting.

We are aware that there is limited space inside the patients kitchen and do advise that we allow others the time to make a drink before entering to avoid the risk of spills etc..
