(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been attending FOCUS for a number of years now I found I can do as much or as little as I want.

I enjoy the group I wouldn't have learnt what I have or gained the confidence which I have .

Tim is a great tutor and listener and he is there to help in whatever he can possibility do to help you
