"Receptionist"

I tried to book a non emergency appointment in 3 weeks time the receptionist was very rude and said she doesn't have any appointments and asked me to come at 8 i said it's a non emergency appointment but she still asked me to come when i went and asked for appointment with a particular doctor she gave me an appointment with another Dr. Without letting me know .

When i went for my appointment time and said i have an appointment with a particular doctor she said with some other Dr. When i asked why didn't she let me know in morning her explanation was all the appointments were gone she was very nasty .
