"Fair treatment, professional staff"

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) / Accident and emergency

I was visiting the emergency department as I had acute pancreatitis. I had to wait 11 and a half hours to get a hospital bed but

I am not complaining about that knowing there are shortage of staff and probably beds as well. All staff were kind and did their job properly. I am satisfied with the ward and my treatment as well. The only suggestion as I am seriously diabetic, hospital should offer some diabetic food on the menu. I was on the liquid diet so I wanted a plain yogurt but I got a fruity one with lots of sugar in it. They told me there is nothing for diabetic people. Overall experience very good, keep up the good work, and thank you.
