"Professional staff"

I have recently been a patient in day surgery at queen margaret hospital, where I witnessed some behaviour which was I thought was unreasonable and very abusive to the staff. My heart goes out to all these nurses as they had to deal with this kind of appalling behaviour in the line of their work, they all dealt with the situation in a very professional manner and were more concerned about how all the other patients were. 

The nurses looking after me made me feel as if no question was silly and looked after me well and alleviated any of my stresses and worries. Couldnt ask for better care. They are an asset to the NHS thank you.
