About: South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as the patient),

Last weekend I became unwell with an adverse effect from a prescribed medication and used the 111 service. From start to finish I was dealt with swiftly and courteously by each member of the team from initial call handler through to the knowledgeable GP.
