About: Roxburghe House

(as a relative),

My partner recently died in Roxburghe House.  Nothing could be faulted about the people that work there to the actual building itself. 

One lady in particular - Linda. An absolute angel who gives the best hugs. I will never be able to repay you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being you.

So many thanks for taking the time to share your recent experience of Roxburghe House at this very sad time for you, please accept my sincere condolences on the death of your partner.

The staff of Roxburghe House will be touched to read of the compliments that you have shared regarding their care and the facilities within Roxburghe House.

The team work so hard to deliver person centred care to their patients and their families and it sounds like this was achieved for you and your partner. I am so glad that Linda had such an impact and able to provide the comfort that you needed at such a difficult and emotional time. I will ensure that this feedback is shared directly with her.
