"Hysterectomy very successful at every level"

As a new patient at this hospital I could not be more impressed by the effective and efficient treatment I received: referred as a fast track patient, no time was wasted between my discussions with the specialists, my pre -op and admission date. The ward was quiet, clean and well laid out and each member of staff was attentive; all instructions were practical and informative and the anaesthetist and pre op team were reassuring and efficient.

In terms of staff management my overall perception was that staff members were competent and competent in their duties and although each person worked hard they were not overstretched to chaotic levels which I have observed in another hospital. Back home now and no weaknesses observed so five stars all round and thank you.
