I had, had my prescription review cancelled, therefore my prescription was cancelled and I had run out of medication, it was not life threatening but I was very frustrated.

I rang up to discuss with the practise manager, but the young lady asked if she could help.

She explained how and why it had happened, and was able to tell me the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy.

I am sorry I cannot put her name here, but I did thank her for her excellent service, and how efficiently she had dealt with the matter.
