About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Urology (Bladder and Urinary problems)

(as a service user),

I was in ward 209 be it for just an overnight stay. As l am in a wheelchair and require hoisting, assistance with washing and dressing and help with cutting my food up, l always feel that because staff are always busy l am giving them extra work but that is never the case. ALL the ward staff were excellent, no matter what my needs were it never amazes me your dedication to your jobs from domestics, nursing staff and consultants , thank you for your professionalism and dedication.
