Hi

I am very sorry that you are so disapppointed with access to our services, in particular that we are misleading. There are certainly issues we need to address and improve - in fact we offer an extensive and flexible appointment system that bends over to try and support people - but if the patients don’t understand how it works or feel it is a barrier we need make changes- which we plan to.

We have just apppointed a new manager of our reception team we have called a patient experience manager who’s job is to do just that. It would be very helpful if you contacted us in person and asked for Liz - that new manager - it would really help her to understand how patients feel and do something to improve it.
