Could not have asked for more caring and reassuring treatment from everyone involved in my partners care.

Matthew the doctor in ED who was so professional, calming and immediately we knew we were in safe and professional hands. He told us what he proposed to do, included us in plans and efficiently arranged for various tests. He was confident throughout, and at 3am that’s what we needed.

The entire team in CAU were so very kind, professional and caring. Everyone from domestics, nursing and medics could not have looked after my partner any better. 

The facilities were spotless, the food delicious and most importantly, the healthcare was world class with diagnostic tests complete and a care plan that once again we felt included in. Thank you so much to everyone - you’re a true credit to the NHS

When patients come to the Emergency Department they are often frightened so I was pleased to read that the doctor who reviewed your partner was professional and calming. I will be sharing your feedback with our whole team as hearing how important this was to you and your partner will remind our team to take the time to reassure. I would like to send it to the doctor who looked after your partner. We don't have a doctor called Matthew in our department but we do have a couple of doctors with 'M' names.
