Having not had to use the surgery's services for a while, in recent times I have and I am very impressed with the changes that have been made and the very obvious efforts to make the patient experience a positive one.
Customer service via Reception and Patient Co-ordinators I have found to be excellent.
I have severe hearing loss and these staff have been very kind and patient.
A lovely change for me as I find people generally are not aware of and not sympathetic to hearing loss.
I have seen two (new to me) lady doctors in the past month, both of whom were super, helpful, supportive and very efficient.
I am very glad to be registered with the Hanham practice.
