"Very caring staff on Hardy Ward"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

The medical, nursing and care staff were extremely helpful and supportive of my father during the two weeks he spent on the ward.

They were also open and always ready to speak to his family members about the state of his health and the care he was receiving.

It was a difficult time for us as a family, as he was approaching the end of his life, and the sensitivity shown by all the staff could not have been bettered,

When one issue arose which was of the hospital's making, the staff accepted that responsibility and did their best to sort it out.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for taking the time to share these kind words. I am glad to hear that we were able to suppprt you and your family during what must have been a very difficult time. We do try our best, but at times it does not always work out that way. It is nice to hear that you felt assured thtat we were trying to sort out the issues of our own making.

I will ensure that your feedback is shared with the team.

Best wishes
