"Excellent Pain Team!"

I was referred to the pain clinic for NHS Lanarkshire and had my first treatment last month at Wishaw University Hospital. 

I cannot thank the pain team, Dr James and the very kind nursing team for all their help. I have anxiety and they done their upmost to put me at ease, explain the nerve block procedure to me and make me as comfortable as possible.

After years of pain, I finally feel on my way to getting some of my life back and I felt that the professionalism shown through his clinic has really helped my confidence levels. I felt very safe having the procedure done as it was explained to me very well.

I know that chronic pain can be difficult to treat altogether but what matters most to me is the respect shown not only by the nursing staff but by Dr.James himself. 

I am very grateful for all their help and its a relief to know that they are listening to me. After years of feeling brushed off by other doctors, I am happy to say that this particular clinic and Dr have been very on the ball with my health.
