About: Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

My wife had a set of symptoms that indicated a medical intervention was required. We got to A&E in a taxi and we were welcomed, triaged and cared for in a seamless, professional and supportive manner. Tests were conducted, results were explained...and guidance and advice was given in a warm, supportive manner.
