Please would you pass on my sincere thanks to the receptionist I spoke to late afternoon on Friday concerning a dire situation concerning my very elderly Mother. She informed me that the practice manager was covering the St Albans clinic on Saturday and that she would more capable of giving me definite answers to my questions.

So refreshing to come across someone using their common sense and positive attitude.

Sorry Sweetheart I did'nt get your name but Thankyou.

Visited St Albans clinic Saturday morning, had a very understanding conversation with the practice Manager about my elderly Mothers needs.

Returned Monday morning with the relevant paperwork to be met with a delightful receptionist. By 4pm that same day the receptionist had called my Mother to confirm she had arrange an appointment for her.

What you Girls achieved is commendable.

I know the two ladies that you spoke with and I have passed your comments and thanks on to them. I have also shared this with the wider practice team as I think we should be proud of the service that we provide. Working in the NHS is not an easy job and it is so kind of you to give us this feedback.
