About: Salford Royal / Rheumatology

I have regular visits to Salford Royal the Dept of

Rheumatology.

I just wanted to let people know that the efficiency, care and patient support is all you could expect and more the whole team treat you as an individual, respect your dignity and keep you informed on the RARE occasions that your appointment time is running late, as to why this has happened and what the waiting time is likely to be.

I also want to thank all those on the checking in desk.

Once again they are efficient, courteous, kind and have the ability to appear to give you the time you need, despite the sometimes long queue, they clear this quickly. Finally, I would like to thank the consultant in Rheumatology and the whole team for their continued care and support..

We always appreciate feedback on our staff and we are delighted to hear of the continued positive experience you have had from our Rheumatology team, and that you were happy with that entire staff from our receptionist to the consultant!
