"Consistently good care"

I moved to this surgery after struggling to get an appointment with my old surgery. I have always been able to access a GP when I have needed to. The reception staff are helpful and professional. However, the care from the GPs, one in particular, has been fabulous. I have had such a positive experience today under her care. The practice nurse as well was professional and compassionate to my needs and went to great lengths to help me feel comfortable and at ease. I cannot thank the surgery enough for the care I have received over the years. This episode today though has been particularly exceptional. Thank you!
