Having previously made 2 formal complaints to practice manager regarding loss of information, incorrect information given to me as a patient, being asked to change my 12 month old daughter on the floor of the toilet in the surgery I have now been unable to receive a prescription requested 7 days ago. I should have had my prescription 11th September nothing received “only half of it” attended Glenside practice and chased urgently where I was informed there was no note of it being requested and the receptionist requested it urgently there At 12.00 saying it would be ready that afternoon. Guess what nonprescription and no note of it even being placed at the pharmacy. I then attend the practice to follow up “AGAIN” only to be told at Mudge way “sorry they are all I’m trainino” by a member of pathfields practice!! Who also tells me when they weren’t informed of the closure!! What a hairbrain scheme to have everybody in training with no help or support for queries and leaving pathfields to take all the flack. RIDICULOUS. Now I am left on day 3 without my tablets. FANTASTIC Service Beacon. So many things to be addressed. Don’t expect anything to come if this either
