During an eye clinic appointment with Dr. Rossiter last Wednesday it was decided that I needed an MRI scan. On Friday morning I was called by the x-ray department who informed me that they'd had a cancellation and asked if I could go in at lunchtime, which I did. This morning, a week after my initial appointment, I was called Dr. Rossiter's secretary to inform me that my scan was clear.
How lucky am I that: I was seen by such a careful doctor; everyone that dealt with me in the x-ray department was kind and professional - which I needed as I hate MRI scans!; Dr. Rossiter understood that I'd be concerned and asked his lovely secretary to call me to tell me that all was well.
How lucky are WE to have such caring professionals looking after us. HOW LUCKY ARE WE TO HAVE THE NHS.
"Excellent care..."
