"Gastroscopy"

I just want to leave feedback about my gastroscopy experience yesterday  including the involvement of the secretary (who I think is called Sally) at Vine Street Surgery in Grantham. Everything happened very quickly and efficiently in terms of arranging my appointment and my experience of the staff and the procedure at Grantham Hospital was wonderful.   The gastroscopy team were friendly and efficient, a very helpful mix of warmth and professionalism, which left me feeling safe and cared for. I had been feeling very anxious about having a camera pushed down my throat (! ) but every step was explained and I actually left Recovery with immediate information about their findings and a sense of relief at how straightforward the whole procedure had been. I followed the instructions for after-care to the letter and this next morning am left with no effects except relief and gratefulness that we are blessed with that bunch of professionals in our little town.
