Never been to Salisbury District Hospital but have found the experience excellent.
Saw consultant in Plastics Department (needs to be a little more friendly maybe and some eye contact might help even if he is having to deal with NHS patient and not a private patient!) one week and following week in to have procedure.
I am not keen on hospitals and get very anxious but the lovely nursing staff in particular in the Day Surgery was absolutely super.
So much so he stayed with me when having procedure holding my hand - so kind and very sweet.
Operating staff super too and explaining everything they were doing - thank you to you all in Day Surgery.
Lovely team.
