"Hearing Clinic"

About: Borders General Hospital / Audiology

(as a service user),

I am 73 and have had hearing aids for years. I used to work in the NHS myself. I feel that the level of service has gone down hill recently. I have had 3 appointments cancelled and at my recent appointment I didn't feel the person even listened to me. I used to see a lovely person I think they were from glasgow, nothing was to much bother for them. They set up my TV for me. I dont like going to the clinic anymore which is sad as I think the NHS is a wonderful service

I am so sorry to hear that you feel let down by the Audiology service. I would like to check to see what I can do to assist you and it would be really helpful if you could get in touch with me so I can provide the help that you need. Could you contact me on 01896 827232 and I will do all that I can to assist you.
