"very poor service"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

my 94 year old mother has been in a ward for 11 days waiting for a surgical bed for an operation on her hip following a fall, she has been lying on her back all of this time and in pain, I live 50 miles away and have had poor communications on her condition this really does seem to be very poor quality service, i have also had to complain about her treatment from some of the nurses refusing to speak to her
