About: Ninewells Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as a relative),

Please pass on my sincere thanks to the team at the Endoscopy Unit for the outstanding care and attention my Mother received at her appointment on Monday.

 

My Mother became somewhat unwell shortly after arrival at the unit becoming breathless and agitated.  She was reassessed and reviewed as I would have expected, however, the compassion and reassurance delivered to her by the nursing team and Dr Patterson went above and beyond all expectations.  Special thanks to Sarah for her time, patience and professionalism.   

 

I am extremely grateful.

Thank you for your most kind feedback. I have ensured that all of the staff have access to your comments and especially Sarah and Dr patterson whom you singled out for a special mention.

It is always so motivating for staff to have positive feedback and this helps to drive innovation and success within the team..

I am so glad that your mother's experience was such a positive one.
