Never get an answer in less than 20 minutes.Often cut off after 20 minutes wait.Took 30 mins last week to try to get flu jab appt.but unfortunately I am away when my practice at mount Gould are doing them.I am afraid since mayflower became involved the customer care has gone down the pan.Feel sorry for staff at mount Gould who take the flack for caused by your problems.

I am sorry on this occasion you have not had a positive experience and you have had cause to raise this concern. We have recently increased the number of staff answering the telephones but we have staff on annual leave and unfortunately this is having an impact at the moment and we can only apologise for this.

Flu injections are available at all times so please contact the surgery again when you are home and we will gladly make you an appointment.
