"Excellent Urgent Care Service"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

I had to bring my mum into A& E on Sunday and we were quickly sent through to Urgent Care. The care my mum received from start to a very quick finish was excellent and we left with the necessary treatment. My mum had to come back the next day for a scan and we were contacted the next morning with a time. After my mum had her scan she went back to A& E where a nurse from ambulatory care came quickly to review the scan. I thought we would be in for a long wait on the initial visit and advised my mum to bring a book! ! ! However we were seen very promptly by triage and then by the nurse practitioner Terri Reeve who treated my mum with care and respect. The Urgent Care area where we initially waited for a short time was clean and comfortable. Thank you

Thank you for posting your positive comments. It is lovely to hear of your positive experience ( and that your mum didn't need the book!!) and we will pass your comments on to the relevant areas.

I hope your mum makes a full recovery very soon.

Many Thanks
