"Staff don't know how to do their jobs!"

About: The Evergreen Surgery

Went in Wednesday the 4th of September to put in two

Prescriptions , one for myself & my son! I couldn't remember the name/dosage for my blue inhaler so I asked a member of stuff and they helped then told me they'll be ready by Friday the 6th. So I came in on that Friday to be told mine got decided because I didn't have an up to date asthma review, which I understood, tried to book me in that weekend but no appointments, which was annoying. Then was told my sons prescription wasn't ready yet and it will be by Monday the 9th, so I've gone into the surgery today to pick it up and they've told me they have NOTHING on the system for a prescription for my son! And that he might need a review aswell! now WHY could this staff tell me this Friday? Or phone me to say my sons was reclined aswell? So somehow my sons one had gone missing? Would have saved me time, effort and money getting there if someone called me or told me all this on Friday when I asked for myself aswell! I know have myself booked in on Wednesday and my child on Thursday that's TWO DIFFERENT DAYS AND MORE MONEY AND TIME TO WASTE! I would really appreciate it if staff could communicate with patients a lot better than this and tel them the full details on the first visit they come in! , this isn't the first time , I've always had problems with this terrible doctors, weather it's trying to ring for an appointment, or actually trying to get an appointment after getting through!, or if they've lost my documents/details of my requests!
