"Very happy of the care my mum received."

My mother moved to St. Helen's from York District Hospital, where she was admitted with broken ribs, after she had fallen at home.

She was very apprehensive about moving to St. Helen's, but she was put at ease as soon as she arrived. The staff could not have been more friendly, kind, helpful or compassionate.

She was very well looked after and had the correct type of exercise/rehabilitation for her injury. She has been able to return to her own home knowing that she is well on the way to a full recovery.

Thank you for taking the time for letting us know about the excellent experience your mother had whilst at St. Helens. It's always lovely to hear how our staff have gone above and beyond for patients, and I'm pleased to hear that your mother was looked after so well. I will make sure to pass your feedback onto St. Helens. I hope, now your mother is home, that her recovery is continuing well.
