"Worst place ever. Never ever go there"

I tried to make an appointment for my sisters and I’ve been ringing them since exactly 8am on the dot to get an appointment, they did not pick up my call. I rang them 75 times, this is not a joke exactly 75 times and after the 75th phone call they picked up. My phone was going through as well and they would just cut it off. I cannot believe how many times I had to ring just to get an appointment. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The receptionist do not attend you straight away when you to the the surgery too they just chat with themselves and sometimes there’s nobody there’ and you’re just waiting there for a good 10 mins. Worst surgery I have ever seen. 0/10 rating
