"Everyone was great"

Hospital to home service was great. Staff were very nice. Everyone was great. I felt reassured by service. Pippa (the dog) and myself enjoyed the visits. H2H were really helpful.

I am very pleased that you where satisfied with the Hospital to Home Team. We are continuing to improve the Service as we go forward. I am delighted that you have returned to your normal level of independence.
