"Part of a system clearly failing"

About: Haywood Hospital

Been passed around the system for over 3 weeks now.No GP appointments bring released till October phoning daily at 8.30 in hope of cancellation no luck at all.went to Hayward rudely turned away saying see GP...If only.then sent to out of hours

GP fully expecting be sent A+E next you try use relevant service can not get any service till problems escalate.The staff clearly under stress more resource needed but that not staff fault it's central government starving the NHS . . It's a disgrace
