Apart from the usual jabs and/or blood tests, I have been fortunate not to have needed to visit a doctor for several years. I recently had cause to consult a doctor and therefore chose to book an appointment on line using the patient access facility.
Booking in at the surgery using the automated screen was really easy and I was surprised to see only a few people waiting for their appointments. My appointment was displayed on the screen, on time. I was fortunate to book in with one particular doctor who I found to be very attentive, listening to my rather drawn-out medical scenario with patience. The resulting medical questions and examination were very thorough and his suggested treatment paths very well explained. During the whole procedure, I felt that I had been treated with the utmost respect and dignity and left the surgery feeling very satisfied with the whole procedure. On the whole, I left feeling more positive that when I arrived. Thank You. *****
