"Quick and efficient service"

I received a quick and efficient service via Andy at Westmarc. He attended me at the Brain Injury Unit Murdostoun Castle after my therapist reported a fault. He quickly fixed the issue and checked all was working. He also noticed my brake was a bit loose and tightened it up for me.

Andy regularly works in our unit to fix chairs. He is always professional and ensures the job is done to a high standard with patient care/safety in mind. He always routinely does a check of important chair features and will either report them on if need be or act to sort them. We appreciate his commitment.
