"My sons day surgery"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Dermatology

(as a service user),

We were a we bit anxious going to hospital

My son of 13 was having a mole removed from his arm  , everything was explained well by doctor. And nurses put my son at ease

Everything went well and all the staff were fantastic at the queen Elizabeth university hospital in Glasgow.  In ward 1b.

So just like to say thank you for everything x

Dear Ronocosh,

Many thanks for taking the time to feedback on your sons experience and I hope he is making a good recovery.

It is great to hear everything went well and the doctors and nurses put your son at ease and explained everything clearly.

I will pass on your feedback to the nurses and doctors in ward 1b who will be delighted to receive it.

Thanks again

Jen
