This review is about the imaging department in particular.

I was referred here for a video fluoroscopy. When I called they first said they would need to check which department does it. They called back to say it was the imaging department, but that there's an engineer in and that they'd call me back. Two weeks later I heard nothing so I called again, they say the engineer is still in.

I have now wasted hours trying to book this test. Each time I call I speak to someone new. They don't keep notes so I have to explain everything again each time. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
