About: Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust

I had been referred by my doctor after I found a lump . From the moment I checked in at the reception desk I was treated with so much dignity and respect. Every single one of the ladies I met with were so kind and caring. After having an ultrasound they were quick to reassure me and dealt with the outcome of the scan extremely quickly.

I could not thank the ladies enough for the care I received today.
