"great reception, horrible doctor in gyneacology..."

About: Whittington Health NHS Trust

my gp referred me t this hospital because I had horrible pain during my period and during intercourse, going in the receptionist was great and welcoming, then met the nurse who took a very thorough history and asked so many questions to make sure nothing is missed out on, and then the doctor who is supposed to examine me comes in, that's when the horror began she told me to lay down to she can examine me (which she did but very briefly) when she was done she asked me why I don't try to go on contraception (which if she read my history she would have found out that I tired 2 types and they did not work for me) after telling her that I also told her that I have pain during intercourse which she completely, dismissed and said the pain is in my head, that really did it for me and I got really frustrated and told her that she did not even read my history or even examine me well, then she asked me to go lay down again and this time she examined me properly, telling me that I had some redness in my cervix but she still thinks my pain is in my head, after going back and fourth finally she decided to book me in for a laparoscopy, I got out of there really frustrated, I felt the appointment was very rushed, she didn't even want to give me her time and listen to me, very disappointed with this doctor, very poor service.
