I have been a patient at this surgery for over 10 years. The reception staff have always been kind and helpful. They get to know you and do all they can to help. Of course over the years the pressure on the NHS has had an impact on the surgery and it is at times harder to see a doctor or have consistency with who you see. But I feel the surgery is doing all it can to compensate for that. I have been to the surgery at times of bereavement and deep distress and they have been humane and respectful. I have also had thoughtful and thorough care from all the doctors I have seen. One particular doctor is a wonderfully caring and empathetic doctor. But all the doctors I have seen have listened carefully and most importantly done their best to work out what is wrong and what I need to get well again.
